Cross Country

Last Wednesday, 9th of October, some boys from our class and 5th class competed in the Cross Country in Santry. We ran very well and Pappy came fourth over all. He was unlucky to miss out on a place on the podium. Our top four runners got a points total of 116 points which was only 13 points off the third place school who got 103 points. It was a very tough race as it was 1,000 metres long and there were almost 200 boys (30+ schools) running in the race. Well done to the 13 runners involved and a special thanks to Oisín and Pappy's Dads and Callum's Mum who helped out with lifts and preparation of the team for the big race.
